Veteran Marketing Executive Joins Leading Provider of Intelligent Communications
FOSTER CITY, Calif., Aug. 6, 2008 — IntelePeer™, Inc., the leading provider of intelligent telecommunications and voice peering services to global carriers and application providers, today announced the appointment of John Hart, a seasoned and innovative marketing executive, as Senior Vice President for Business Development. Hart will lead IntelePeer’s growth as it launches its innovative hosted infrastructure enabling carriers, service providers, software developers and Internet communities to rapidly create the next generation of telephony-powered applications that seamlessly integrate communications with existing Web and application workflows.
Previously, Hart was vice president of marketing and product management at Ubiquity Software Corp., which is now part of Avaya; director of IP provisioning at Comcast; vice president for product management and marketing at Acterna, now part of JDS Uniphase; and vice president of marketing at Saville Systems, now part of Intec, Inc.
Hart’s responsibilities at IntelePeer will include accelerating the company’s growth by securing relationships with additional channel partners, adding solution partners to the company’s Open Communications Platform, and penetrating new markets, including non-traditional telecommunications services providers and application software developers accessing IntelePeer’s hosted infrastructure and APIs.

Hart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from William Jewell College in Liberty, Mo., and is a member of the Society of Cable and Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).
